Every component on Snapelement, free or paid, comes with the same simple license: build whatever you want with it, for yourself or for clients, without attribution. The only thing you cannot do is repackage the components themselves as a competing library. How much you can copy is a separate question from what you may do with it: the free V3 Adaptive catalog is free to copy within a monthly allowance, and the V4 Atomic catalog needs a paid plan, both set out on the Pricing page. Whatever you copy under either is licensed to you under the grant below. This page is the plain-language version; the legally binding text lives in our Terms of Service (sections 3 and 4).
What you can do
- Use components in unlimited personal projects
- Use components in unlimited commercial projects
- Use components in client websites you build and sell
- Use components on websites that earn revenue
- Modify, restyle, and combine components however you like
- Use components in themes or sites you deliver to a client as a finished product
What you cannot do
- Resell or redistribute components as a standalone library, template pack, or marketplace product
- Republish the raw JSON files, with or without changes, as a downloadable collection
- Claim the component code as your own original work for distribution purposes
- Mass-download components with automated tools for redistribution
The line: delivering a finished website that contains components is fine, even if you charge for it. Selling or giving away the components themselves as the product is not.
Attribution
Not required. A link back to Snapelement is appreciated but never a condition of use.
Free catalog vs. the paid library
The usage rights are identical for every component you lawfully obtain: free catalog and paid library components alike may be used per the grant above, and components you copied while entitled to them remain licensed for your existing and future projects even after a subscription ends. The paid library (a Snapelement Pro subscription or Lifetime purchase) covers the V4 Atomic catalog, unlimited copying, loop bundles, category ZIPs, and the Complete Library ZIP download. Paid licenses are per-user and non-transferable: one purchase covers one person using it across unlimited projects, not a license you can resell or share with a team. There are no site activation limits, so the same license covers every site you build, your own and your clients'. The one thing that does end a license is a refund: refunding a purchase reverses the entitlement it granted.
Elementor and Elementor Pro
Components marked with an “Elementor Pro” badge use widgets from the Elementor Pro plugin and need a valid Elementor Pro license on your site to work. Components marked “V4” require Elementor with the V4 editor enabled. Snapelement is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elementor Ltd. “Elementor” is a trademark of Elementor Ltd.
Warranty
Components are provided as is, without warranty. See the Disclaimer and Terms of Service section 8 for the full warranty and liability terms, and the Refund Policy if a Pro or Lifetime purchase does not work out.
