Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. No questions asked. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply contact us and we will process your refund.

Refund Amount

Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount. Our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy) processes the refund to your original payment method; no fees are deducted from the refunded amount. For EU and UK consumers this policy operates alongside your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is never reduced by this page.

Subscriptions

Snapelement Pro subscriptions carry the same 14-day full refund on the first charge. Renewal charges are not refunded pro-rata: cancel any time before the renewal date (from your account page) and your access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges.

Cancelling and refunding are not the same thing. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for; it takes as few steps as subscribing did. A refund returns a charge already made and ends the access that charge paid for. Components you copied while subscribed stay licensed to you permanently after a cancellation, under the component license.

Marketplace purchases

Lifetime deals bought through a partner marketplace are refunded by that marketplace under its own refund window and process; refunds for those purchases cannot be issued directly by Snapelement. When a marketplace refunds a purchase, the associated license and downloads are deactivated.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to info@snapelement.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your order number or the email address used during purchase.
3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
• After a refund is issued, your download link is deactivated and the paid entitlement it granted ends: the V4 Atomic catalog, unlimited copying, and the bundle and library ZIPs go back to being paid features. The free catalog is unaffected and stays available on the usual monthly allowance.
