Elementor JSON Checker
Drop in an Elementor template and find out what it actually contains: every widget, whether it needs Elementor Pro, if it is V3 container or V4 Atomic, the minimum Elementor version, and anything that will stop it pasting cleanly.
Your file is analyzed in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.
Common questions
Why does my Elementor JSON not paste?
The three usual causes: the file is V4 Atomic and the site is still on Elementor 3.x (or the other way round), the JSON is only a fragment so the outer structure is missing, or the template uses Elementor Pro widgets that are not active on the site. The checker names which one applies.
Is my template uploaded anywhere?
No. The analysis runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript on this page. Nothing is sent to a server, which also means it works on client work you are not allowed to share.
What does the repaired file change?
Only genuinely broken things: missing element ids, and duplicate ids (which make Elementor apply styling to the wrong element). Design settings like flex-wrap and gaps are reported but never changed, because those are usually deliberate.
How do I know if a template needs Elementor Pro?
The widget list marks every widget that comes from the Elementor Pro plugin. Pro widgets still import without a license, but they render empty on the page.
Need components that already work? Browse the Snapelement library. Every component is unstyled on purpose, so it inherits your Global Styles the moment you paste it. Previewing is free, V3 Adaptive components are free to copy within a monthly allowance, and the V4 Atomic catalog comes with a paid plan. See what each plan includes.
